Chillspeed is committed to providing our customers with a reliable ‘one-call solution’ to all low-volume temperature controlled express delivery problems, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  Entirely ‘quality-driven’, we guarantee the safe delivery of products to the right place at the right time and in the right condition at the right temperature.

Chillspeed is one of the most experienced refrigerated couriers in the UK, offering a bespoke same-day delivery service to any mainland destination. Based in Diss on the Norfolk / Suffolk border, we can normally mobilise a vehicle with only 30 minutes notice during normal working hours and within 60 minutes otherwise. If we cannot help, we usually know someone who can, via our national courier network.

Chillspeed is registered with the local authority (South Norfolk District Council) as a food transportation business under The Food Safety (General Food Hygiene) Regulations 1995 and The Food Safety (Temperature Control) Regulations

A variety of vehicles are available to cost-effectively cater for specific needs

1995. Our vehicles are thoroughly cleaned on completion of each journey and also subject to a strict planned-maintenance regime.  All drivers are experienced refrigerated vehicle operators, are uniformed and equipped with a mobile telephone.  The customer's peace of mind is further guaranteed by our membership of the AA Fleet breakdown and recovery service.

Chillspeed does not sub-contract work to third-parties, unless in cases of dire emergency such as vehicle breakdown or road traffic accident.  We do not use agency drivers and our entire operation is under the close personal supervision of the proprietor at all times.
